Petrove (Ukrainian: Петрове) is a town in Petrove Raion of Kirovohrad Oblast (region) of Ukraine. It is an administrative center of Petrove Raion. Population: 7,362 (2016 est.)[1].
Petrove is situated midway between Kropyvnytskyi and Dnipro cities on the bank of Inhulets River.
Petrove is a populated place of Petrove town council, which is a municipal community and beside the town also includes three neighboring villages.
The agrarian company Ahrofirma Pyatykhatska plays an important role in the region.
